For companies
The offer, the talent, and what iGTM manages.
What is iGTM?+
iGTM turns CRM history and web signals into personalized call context, scripts, parallel dial attempts, call evidence, and training. Companies can use it with an existing team or hire cold callers based on substantiated cold-call evidence.
What does 1,000 personalized calls a day mean?+
It means the software can support up to 1,000 daily dial attempts through parallel dialing. It does not mean 1,000 connected conversations. Actual attempt volume depends on list size, phone coverage, dialing configuration, compliance requirements, and the time available.
What makes a call personalized?+
A human caller receives relevant CRM history, web research, account context, buyer details, the reason to call, and the right script before a prospect answers. Personalized describes the context available to the caller, not an AI voice making the call.
What CRM and web signals can iGTM use?+
The workflow can use account and contact history, prior activity, engagement, company changes, hiring, buyer context, and other configured research signals. Exact sources and connector availability depend on the stack and workflow agreed with your team.
Can I hire an SDR through iGTM?+
Yes. iGTM recruits, trains, employs, and compensates the SDR, then manages the contracts, payroll, coaching, QA, software access, and performance reporting around the engagement.
Can I use iGTM software with my existing team?+
Yes. The $500 monthly software plan is built for founders, SDR leaders, and agencies that already have reps and want the iGTM dialing, multichannel, training, and performance system.
What performance evidence can I review before choosing an SDR?+
A live candidate review can include substantiated calls, transcripts, script adherence, activity, outcomes, channel skills, coaching detail, and availability. The profiles shown publicly are illustrative examples of that evidence format.
What results has iGTM documented?+
One documented software session produced 1,197 calls and 13 meetings in 5 hours and 47 minutes of calling time. The IncentivAction managed motion produced 6 meetings in 14 hours. These are historical examples, not guarantees; results vary with the market, list, offer, message, and execution.
Where are iGTM SDRs based?+
iGTM recruits SDR talent from Africa. Each live profile shows the SDR’s location, time zone, experience, channel skills, and availability so companies can choose the right operating fit.
What can I review before an interview?+
Profiles can include recent activity, conversations, meetings set, script adherence, client ratings, a sample call, and the transcript behind the performance data.
Does iGTM handle contracts and payroll?+
Yes. iGTM manages recruiting, vetting, contracting, payroll, platform access, coaching, QA, and reporting around the SDR engagement.
Pricing and options
Choose the operating layer that solves the current constraint.
How much does an SDR cost?+
Request a quote for SDR talent and payroll or a managed SDR engagement. Talent and payroll includes the SDR’s compensation; Managed SDR + Software also adds the iGTM software, multichannel execution, AI training, reporting, coaching, and QA.
Can we use the software without hiring an SDR?+
Yes. The $500 monthly software plan includes the five iGTM modules: power dialer, training, parallel dialer, LinkedIn and email sequencing, and the prospector.
What is included in each iGTM option?+
Software is $500 per month for an existing team. Request a quote for SDR Talent + Payroll, Managed SDR + Software, or the Full GTM System. The managed options can include compensation, multichannel execution, strategy, sourcing, scripts, and continuous optimization depending on scope.
How should we evaluate the business case?+
Start with your monthly investment, realistic qualified meetings, average contract value, close rate, and gross margin. The ROI Calculator shows the formula and the break-even number of meetings using your own assumptions.
Training and evidence
How readiness and performance become visible.
How are SDRs prepared?+
SDRs train on the iGTM operating system, calling scripts, objection handling, LinkedIn, email, and AI prospect-persona scenarios before being matched with clients.
What does performance evidence include?+
The platform can connect activity totals to conversation outcomes, meetings, script adherence, and the underlying call or transcript so managers can inspect what produced the result.
Is every SDR profile live?+
No. The profiles currently shown on the website are clearly labeled illustrations of the evidence available during a candidate review. Live candidates, availability, identities, and substantiated performance figures are introduced directly by iGTM.
